Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible online purchases.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. For fragrances and perfumes, the original plastic wrapping or seal must not be opened, removed, or damaged.

Perfume oils are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

To request a return, please contact Khan Fragrances and Oils before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
